Ciaran offers private personal training sessions, ranging from one to three times per week, priced on a per-monthly basis.
These are or can be located at his own private facility in Puddington, at your own personal home, or can be scheduled as a mixture between the two.
The sessions last 50-60 minutes, and are completely personalised to your individual goals, whether that be fat loss, strength development or muscle growth.

Do you need an extra helping hand in sticking to your newly founded training and diet habits? Ciaran also offers tandem training for two people, at a cheaper rate per person than 1-2-1 sessions.
Research has time and time again shown the benefits of training partners, both through boosts in strength whilst training, and with extra accountability to stick to your training and diet in day-to-day life. Finding a friend with similar goals can be hugely beneficial, and cheaper!

Ciaran has been highly passionate about his own training for over a decade, practicing multiple different sports and styles of exercise from a young age. These range from competitive rowing at a national level, to rock-climbing and calisthenics, powerlifting and now currently a more bodybuilding style approach.

“Injury management is never easy, and coming back from injury to continue to enjoy the things you love can be even harder! Not only have I had to rehab my own injuries, I’ve also had the privilege to work with sports physio client referrals on a number of occasions. I’ve developed the skills needed to communicate, empathise and implement appropriate training for those who experience pain and dysfunction on a day-to-day basis.”
He is no stranger to overcoming injury, having suffered several lower back, knee and shoulder injuries through various sports and training disciplines. As a result, Ciaran has learned first-hand what coming back from injury can take, whilst developing patience and alternative training methods to allow for rehabilitation and strength development alongside injury management.
